Sandy Beach Resort there are three styles of cottages to best suit your needs.
The available floor plans are as follows:
| ONE ROOM kitchenette with two double beds. TV, privacy divider, Air conditioning, fridge, stove, table and chairs. |

| ONE BEDROOM kitchen cottage with one queen bed. The living room has one double hide-a-bed couch. The bedroom is large enough to add a crib if needed. TV, Air conditioning, fridge, stove, table and chairs. |

| TWO BEDROOM kitchen cottage with one double bed in each bedroom and a (single/double) hide-a-bed in the living room. Some of the bedrooms are large enough to add a cot and all are large enough to add a crib. TV, Air conditioning, fridge, stove, table and chairs. |

We reserve the right to change your accommodations to suit our reservations needs, but we also GUARANTEE that the room or cottage we change you to will be of at least equal to or better quality and at the original agreement of rate. In the event of cancellation we do not guarantee the return of your deposit unless we are notified at least 30 days in advance of your expected arrival. A $25.00 service charge will apply Cancellation within 30 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit..
Housekeeping cottages are reserved as follows: PRIME SEASON: Weekly beginning either Saturday or
Sunday or 3 night minimum stay. Holiday Weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July
and Labor Day) 3 night minimum stay. SORRY NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. |

All kitchen cottages are furnished with either a 2 or 3 burner gas cooktop, full size refrigerator,microwave and bathrooms with showers, all units have heat and air conditioning, and color TV For indoor use you'll find a kitchen table and chairs, while a picnic table and grill await your enjoyment outside.

Beach Resort supplies dishes, cooking utensils, electric coffee pot, toaster,
bed linens.... all the basic comforts of home!
You will need to provide soap, food and coffee, charcoal and fuel for the grill.
